For sale is 2019 Grand Design Solitude ST3740BH luxury fifth wheel trailer. Trailer has one full bathroom and one half, two bedrooms with bunk house and outside kitchen. Is just over 40 feet long, with 4 slide outs (one slide-out is missing), GVWR 16, 800, dry weight of 13, 884 Lb and Weather Tek four season package. This trailer was nicely optioned and features large living area with Fireplace, TV, sofa bed and pantry. The trailer has California Salvage Certificate Title due to roof damage and slideout. It appears that a tree branch fell on the trailer damaged the roof and damaged the slideout. We bought the trailer from insurance company with missing slidout, it does not come with the trailer. Roof was repaired and is water tide. There is also miscellaneous trim missing. All of the floors are solid with no soft spots and no apparent water damage. Trailer was towed from South California and is road worthy, Trailer is now located in Rocklin California. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works. This trailer was over $80, 000 when new, have it for fraction of that price.
