It is inexcellent condition inside and out and runs amazing. There is NO DELAM! It has 105, 000 miles which is considered low for a diesel. It has been very well cared for. The carpet is brand new in the living area and the bedroom as well. The tile floors are in excellent condition. It is ready for a road trip andhas just been serviced. We would not hesitate to get on the road and goanywhere in this! It is sitting on matching Micheline tires that are 2014, but put on in 2015. It does not leak. It is built on a Freightliner Chassis with a 275 HP Cummins Turbo Diesel Engine with an Allison 6 speed automatic transmission. Both the dash AC and the ducted roof ACs blow ice cold. Theinterior and exterior are extra clean and in great condition! The large living area, washer and dryer hookup and the large wardrobe makes being on the road for extended periods oftime extra nice. It has a very warm, inviting, home-style décorand nice wood cabinetry. We just can't say enough aboutit. It sleeps 4. Thefiberglass roof is in excellent condition. All of the appliances, generator, everything work as they should. This is definitely the RV for a full timer, orthose who want all the comforts of home with them. This coach has alot to offer! Condition - We have clear title in hand. There is nothing that needs addressing before an extended road trip that we are aware of. This coach has been very well maintained!! It runs, rides, and drives like new! It is sitting on MATCHING LATE 2014 MITCHELIN TIRES (not put on until 2015) IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. The 7500 Watt Onan generator runs great. It has a washer & dryer hookup. The centrally ducted roof airs blow ice cold. The fiberglass roof is in excellent condition and there are no leaks. The systems are in great working order. This is a very well built, solid motorhome and NO DELAM. We want to point out that the front AC is just a little noisy (not bad) but works perfect. The carpet is brand new. The overall appearance of the coach is so nice!! You will not be disappointed! If you have been looking for very long and compare this to other coaches of this year you will be pleasantly surprised by its condition and features! WE encourage and anyone to call with any questions, or clarifications. We keep this motorhome in storage and will show it by appointment only.
