18 Size, 17 Jewels, Waltham Pocket Watch &n...bsp; Grade P. S. Bartlett Model 1883 Stem Wind and Stem Set This is a 18 Size, 15 Jewels, Open Face, Waltham Pocket Watch, Grade P. S. Bartlett, Model 1883, Stem Wind and Stem Set in a Philadelphia Silverode case. It IS It is currently running nice and smoothly but as with all mechanical pocket watch, it could use a perboric cleaning and oiling. If you want a pocket watch that keeps precise time, we would suggest a battery operated watch. The movement number is 6602206 . It is a Grade P. S. Bartlett, Model 1883, Stem wind and Stem set. It was estimated to have been produced in 1896-1899. We did not see any hair lines in the Roman numeral dial. The silverode case polished up very nicely with no eye catching damage.
