Interesting Elgin Pocket watch - second hand is at 12 instead of 6 and appears to be "upside down" in case. Doctors used these and had them hang form a fob - they would hold it up thus turning it right side up. Pretty neat. Not officially tests, but seems to be running great. Sets and winds fine. Silverode case from Philadelphia Watch Case Co. 7 jewels, sn ; 27710706. Stem set. Grade 480, model 7, size 16, made in 1925.
