Antique Waltham Open Face Pocket Watch With Stand

Up for auction is an antique Waltham pocket watch with stand. I wound it up some and it ran...not sure how good it keeps time. The watch has some small dings, scratches and normal wear for age and use. I have the Manufacture date listed as 1920-now...but I do not have any idea how old it is....the system would not let me change the date. I do not know the history of this watch.
