This high-grade Swiss movement fits any standard-sized American case (it was in a Dueber model) and is in excellent working order, with a dead flat and true balance wheel motion that has a fine, wide arc and strong, steady beat. The movement is a smooth wind, starts right up on the 3rd wind with no hassles, and pendant sets as designed. The movement holds time within 30 seconds per week face-up after careful and prolonged hand-regulating! Appearance-wise this Longines is looking great, with sparkling bright and clean 100% tarnish-free winding wheels, bright, clean, untoned bridge nickel plates with all of the gilt inlaid engraving paint intact, clean and original regulator needle and whip, spotless looking down inside and around the sides, and ripping and running holding railroad time!! The movement does show very minor and ordinary wear with no signs of abuse! The private label dial is in mint condition, single sunk enamel, Breguet Arabic and the hands are mint original slender plum matching whip!!
