Selling my 1970 Columbia  C36. Been using her as a live aboard for the past couple of years. Have to sell fast. 
Spacious interior, lots of headroom. Great for living on.
Mainsail and jib in good condition. Spare mainsail comes with the boat as well as fiberglass dinghy. Also, theres a propane bbq pit on back. Also comes with A/C unit. 
Located in Bradenton, FL. Slip IS transferable. 450/month. 550/month to liveaboard. Very inexpensive option of looking to move ...to Florida. 
MOTOR DOES NOT RUN. There is an outboard bracket on the back.
