Victoriansilver cased pocket watch signed J. Welch & Co., Bangor, hallmarkedBirmingham 1892. No. 15205. Key included. The name "H. Williams" isinscribed on the inside back. There are also some smaller initials and datesscratched in.In reasonable condition although with severalfaults. The watch is running fine but the second hand catches on the minutehand twice per hour at the 6 o'clock position. Once freed it runs again foranother hour. The ring at the top of the watch is somewhat ...rusty. Also theglass is slightly scratched and pops out easily
