Up for sale is a Vintage Rare Seiko Chronograph Tachymeter 7A38-7289 Watch. Watch tells time but unsure of how to test functions sold for parts or repair no returns. Watch case measures 37mm. Outer case and band measure 8 1/2" all the way around when clasp is closed. Numerous pics at bottom of page can be zoomed if you click on pic.
