For sale is a used Swiss Omega Seamaster automatic 'bumper' watch head, likely produced in the early/mid 1950s.
18K solid gold case and case back. Swiss Omega 353 'bumper'automatic movement. French case.
Original ivory-colored dial with sub second at 6. Unevenly spread patina throughout, but still well readable.
Hands and plexi crystal in fair condition. Unsigned gold plated replacement crown.
Heavy 18k solid gold case and case back, French hallmarks, with nu...merous scratches and a number of small dings throughout. It seems as if additional pins fixed to the lugs were soldered on some time ago.
Bezel and lugs in good cosmetic condition.

The watch is winding, setting and running well, but somewhat fast at ca. + 2 min/day, based on recent 48hr time check.
Watch head only, no strap. Total weight 39gr.
Fyi - a spare 353 movement & crystal weighed in at ca. 18gr.
Measurements are ca. 34mm in diameter excl. crown, and ca. 42mm lug-to-lug.Lug width 18mm.
