A SET THAT WOULD HAVE PROBABLY BEEN USED FOR PRISONER TRANSFER.....THE CHAIN MEASURING 42" FROM CUFF TO CUFF....EACH OF THE CUFFS HAVING THEIR ORIGINAL FULLY WORKING KEYS 261 & 262....ALONG WITH BOTH OF THE CUFFS EMBOSSED WITH " SAN QUETIN".
