The Chronostore.com warranty does not cover any damage resulting from water damage or physical harm. Additionally, the warranty does not cover polish for the watch case, any damage to crystal, band, bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles which are a result of normal wear and tear. Any lost parts of the watch, including stones, is not covered with the warranty.
