The crown at the 2 o'clock is to operate the GMT function as well as quick set the date. The 4 o'clock is for operating the time setting. Both crowns are the original genuine Accutron crowns.The time telling, the date, and the GMT fu...nction as well as both crowns all work properly as they are designed to do so. Zero issues whatsoever.The case back is stamped M9 which translates to the year 1969.
