This is a vintage wristwatch dating to about 1944. This is handsome, clean, and in very good condition. This is an original, authentic example of a WW2 Era US GI timepiece. Everything is original on this watch including the crystal. It has been thoroughly checked and cleaned by a professional watchmaker. It is freshly serviced and has a new mainspring. The watch runs well and keeps time. The time sets as it should. The watch is hack set and pulling the crown to the ...outer position properly stops the watch. The case is plated metal with a stainless steel back and it is about 32mm wide not including the crown. It is about 40mm long to the tips of the lugs. The movement is a high quality Bulova 10AK (CSH) and it has 16 jewels. The band is a vintage new old stock genuine US GI Tropical Nylon NATO ZULU Strap. The total length of the watch is about 10 inches. This uses a 16 mm band which could easily be replaced if you prefer a different style or length. The crystal is original and has a fantastic yellow tint as shown.The dial is very nice, original, and is depicted accurately in the pictures. Please note that all pictures are taken on the macro setting.
