Benrus Trench? Military? watch. Model: DR 2F2.
A great looking & impressive black dial with different color numbers. Golden luminescent for the 1-12, white for the 1-24. The hands are the original ones & they are impressive looking.
The minute hand has lost its luminescent material but because of the black dial, it doesn't show at all. The sweep seconds hand is luminescent with a red tip.
34m/m in diameter, excluding the crown. The back is stamped: Serie...s # 3065, Benrus, Shock absorbing, dustproof, waterproof, open thru crystal.
The movement is marked: DR 2F2. The watch comes with a unique, very old but hardly used leather band with brown bakelite? buckle & slides.
This is indeed a one of a kind watch. A caveat. Be gentle when you pull on the stem to change the time. It may inadvertently pull out if pulled too hard. Easy fix.
