Vintage Raketa 24 Hour World Time Watch

Very nice looking vintage Raketa in steel and with black outer bezel.This is a very cool watch, but unfortunately I don’t wear it much as it is also a rather big watch at 40 mm and i find it too big for my wrist (I usually wear 34-36 mm). It is a true 24 hour, meaning the hour hand does one dial rotation in 24hrs as opposed to the usual 2 rotations in a day on a 12 hour display. This watch also has a world time function, by means of a second inner bezel which you can rotate with the ...second crown at 4 o’clock. The cities ring is somewhat a little loose but nonetheless fully functioning and not a bother, nor hindering the watch’s functionality. The cities are printed in English which is quite unusual for this watch, it usually comes printed in Russian so to me this watch stands out. Keeps great time and has a very decent power reserve, and is overall in excellent condition as you can see in the pictures. Lug size is 18mm and I have fitted a new, nice quality leather strap. You get a lot of watch for a very affordable price with this one! Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
