Seiko Chronograph. Runs keeps ok time might need tune up and that’s the reason of below market cost. I sold few watches on ebay and i had run in with sending good watch only to have parts swabbed and then receive it back broken and dead. The winner can request video of watch running no problem. But because of low price all sales are final. Any question please send them. Price is fare so please no low ball offers like 5$ will not accept it.
