New old stock, 1991 TALKING LCD WRIST WATCH, with voice response, alarm, LCD display, battery (I'm sure battery needs replaced because of age).
You press the "TALK" button and it announces the current time.
Uses one CR2016 cell battery, will I'm sure need replaced.
