We have loved and curated this set for ten years and it is time to downsize and let this amazing set grace your table or display cabinet. You will love and admire this stunning set.
This set is affordable and in great vintage condition. The plates are not cracked. The plates have the expected interior knife scratches of 68 years of thoughtful and careful use. Each plate has between 0-5 scratches. These scratches are hard to see except in very strong examination light (see example picture under strong light). The turkey has a rough spot/fleabite on the rim that is so small it is impossible to photograph. The wild geese and blackcock plates have minimal crazing. The partridge plate has significant crazing (see picture). One plate has a chip on the underside of the plate (see picture; No. 2 Woodcock). Pictures are part of the item description--please use magnifying feature and see all pictures to determine this item’s vintage condition.This item is described to the best of my ability.
