This iconic movie poster one sheet needs nointroduction. Maybe the most influential film of all time if you go byits affect on the human psyche. If you saw this movie particularlywhen it was first released it truly made you forever think about just how faryou would wander into the water. For me, I still am extra vigilantat the beach.
This particular original vintage on... sheet movie poster was actaully used topromote the film in 1975. Nice bright colors and not even any pinholes.Quite a nice specimen. More than any other post 60'sposter, this one has skyrocketed in value in just the past couple years, most recently selling for $2000 and up at auction and rising. If youare a collector who also has an eye for investment, this is the one to watch!
Excellent condition, prior to linen backing had just original fold lines (all Original onesheets were folded prior to 1980) and minor tape stains at the very cornertips, apparently used to display by the theater owner. Those minor issues have been resolved with professional linen backing and it now looks Amazing! * See enlargeable images above.
