Now for the Good Part---I am Pleased to offer this Authentic Original Lem Motlow Jack Daniel Stoneware Whiskey Jug in Superb Condition. This is NOT a repro or newer jug and comes from a Long-Time Collection. Lem Motlow was Jack Daniel's Nephew, who took over the Business. I believe that this is a Very Rare Jug, as I have Not seen another one just like it. I did see a one with the same stenciling on the Jack Daniels Archive Site, But Not a Shape or Style like this one. This Jug has a Single Handle and is Not a Bail Handle Style. The Stenciling or Advertising on this Jug is Super Clear and Strong with NO smears or lightness---Best Possible Example. It has Large Lettering that reads: ALL GOODS WORTH---PRICE CHARGED---LEM MOTLOW, ---LYNCHBURG, TENN. It measures about 11.5 inches tall, and I beileive that it is a 1 Gallon size. It is in Great Condition with NO cracks, NO repairs, and NO touch-ups. It has some tiny nicks at heel and lip, that is Common to the type of Early Stoneware Piece. It has a couple of small in-making areas where bubbles or trash was. Don't Snooze on this Opportunity to Get a Great Early Piece of the Famous Jack Daniel Distillery.
