Most of the Hungarian posters, which were produced before 1990, were designed by famous Hungarian artists.These posters are uniquely designed and have particular looks. They were multiplied by presses.Hungarian posters before 1990 differ from the official American / West-European editions.The reason: Before ...1990, Hungary was a communist country. As a result, cinemas could only exist under national control and governance.The national salariats and the appointed bodies decided which film could be shown and when.
