This is for a nice old Chinese Cloisonne cigarette dispensing box from the early 1900s. The brass is inset with all different colours of enamel on all four sides of the box and on the top. The one side is hinged and has a small handle that when pulled reveals the inner draw at an angle as shown. The inside of the box and the base are finished in vivid blue enamel and it is in excellent condition with no loss of enamel. It measures 77mm (3") square at the base and it stands 95...mm (3.75") tall.
