This parcel is part of a number of unsold/unused tickets Bernstein found in a safe the 1990's. These collectibles have been going up in value as this show is considered to be one of the most famous rock concerts of all time. Certainly one of the Beatles top shows if not thee top show of their career.
As a note of interest. I did some research on where this seat actually was. It turned out to be row 1 in the upper deck right behind home plate. Must have been a great view.
