This auction is for a 35mm film containing a complete half hour episode of The Joey Bishop Show. This episode is entitled “Double Play From Foster To Durocher To Joey”, and the original air date was February 8, 1964.
Here is the episode summary from IMDB:
“The Dodgers need a Master of Ceremonies for a banquet and Joey immediately thinks of their number one NY fan, Phil Foster. A problem arises since Phil has not forgiven the team for moving to Los Angeles. Dodger's coach Le...o Durocher is asked to win him over but instead tempers flare.”
I don’t have a 35mm projector to view the film, but the person who sold it to me stated that it has the original commercials. However, since I can’t verify that, I am selling this “as is”. As you can see in the photos, the film is not on a reel. It is only on a core.
