RARE WW1 RFC Royal Flying Corps RAF RCAF Cap Badge W/4 Pilot Photos In Uniform

Up for auction is an original set of four Royal Flying Corps (R.F.C.) photos and a Royal Flying Corps WW1 badge, in excellent condition. All items came together and were well taken care of, sadly no medals were included in the... group. The photos include two identical portraits, with Pilot Taylor in full Royal Flying Corps attire, a personal photo of Mr. Taylor and an additional Royal Flying Corps photo of Mr. Taylor. Each photo is in excellent condition, and would be great for a book or research project! These show how the uniform was worn, as well as some of the insignia- a clear photo of the coveted R.F.C. wings can be seen on his flight tunic. One of the two portrait photos (both of solid hard backed construction) is signed;
"Sincerely Yours E.H. TAYLOR, 24/3/18"
The photo was produced by A .Horner of Settle, England. This date determines he was in England on leave in early 1918. His R.F.C. cap badge is in excellent condition, with a nice aged light brown patina, sharp detailing on the centre R.F.C. lettering, wreath and Kings Crown, and is complete with both original lugs. The badge is reverse maker marked: "RODEN BROS TORONTO" - However, I am unable to determine if Mr. Taylor was a Canadian or British Royal Flying Corps pilot (I believe he likely was British.) Any additional information is greatly appreciated! In any case, this is a nice signed and dated Royal Flying Corps grouping, that would look excellent in any Air Force collection as a piece of aviation history! R.F.C. items are very hard to acquire, let alone signed and dated portrait photos!
These would look great in any Royal Flying Corps, R.A.F./R.C.A.F. or Aviation historical collection!
