Antique Capodimonte Porcelain Stein with Lion Finial Rams Head Handle Gorgeous high quality stein in perfect condition. The handle looks like it is a rams head with breasts and the lid connector/thumb rest is finely detailed brass. The interior is gold and there is a provenance paper on the interior that states this was consigned to auction by a descendant of the Haldeman family of Harrisburg, Pa which included Richard Jacobs Haldeman(1831-1886) a member of the US Hou...se of Representatives and the owner of the Daily and Weekly Patriot and Union newspapers. Condition is perfect with no damage or repair. Measures 9&1/2" to the top of the finial, 4&1/8" across the base.
