Antique Limoges Hand Painted Game Bird Plate And Platter Set
Description, You are bidding on this matching game set with hand painted birds to include large 12“ x 18 1/2“ oval platter. Deep dish 2 1/4 inch tall with leafy scalloped border. No chips or cracks. 8) 9 inch leafy border scalloped plates. Four pairs of two. Six in good condition with no chips or cracks. The two road runner plates. One has a small chip to lower center in front. The other has a rough spot on the bor...der center in front, possibly an old touch up. We have included a ninth plate for free. Matches this set, but only one, not a pair. The only piece in the set with a crack. Also with four chips. Three on the left side of the border, one at the crack. The fourth chip is on the foot ring on the back. We would exclude this plate at your request for shipping if you did not want to pay the extra weight, but we are including it for free. Green arrow manufacturers mark imported by LS and S (Lewis Strausse and sons – New York.)
