EXCORIG BRANDT'S FLATBUSH 1950 HANDBILL BERT LAHR IN HARVEY, CHESTER MORRIS in DETECTIVE STORY VERY FINE COND!Niceitem from the time when Brooklyn boasted its share of Broadway-styletheaters and star studded shows with Brandt's Flatbush one of the premiere venues as this rare handbill  from August 1950illustrates. Measuring  5 1/2" x 8 1/2" handbill promotes the upcoming performance of Bert Lahr in HARVEY along with follow up attraction, CHESTER MORRIS in DETECTIVE STORY. &nb...sp;Other coming shows include A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE and FINIAN’S RAINBOW.  Handbill lists prices (with top ticket of $2.40 for Orchestra seats on Saturday night) and the sales pitch,  “A Mail Order NOW Will Get You A Better Seat Tomorrow!”  Great souvenir of the time when Broadway extended all theway to Brooklyn.
