Antique over 100 years old! Exquisite!
Superb typogravure by Bousson, Valadon & Co., of Paris which give the effect of the finest chromolithographs.
I collect uniform prints and Napoleonic War prints and have for many years. Print is very brittle and must be handled carefully. Print may have small chips and te...ars on the border but this does not effect the image. If you buy more than one please request an invoice
This is a print of : Napoleon's farewellto the Guard at Fontainebleau . Beautiful reproduction. This printis over 120 years old. Print approximately 11"x 8"including border the actual image about 4"x 6" Suitable forframing. 30mm x20mm with border actual image approximately 11mm x8 mm. There is no discoloration of white through the center of the print, the problemis my scanner and not the print. Actually these prints are becoming veryrare and valuable. Rescued from an antique book that was in bad shape andthe paper is brittle. This is an actual scan of the print you are purchasing.
I will be selling a couple of hundred military prints over the next few weeks from all periods of uniforms from about the 17th Century to 20th century, so why not view my other listings and select me as a favorite seller. I will also be selling more Napoleonic black and white prints and other history books as well. I just need to clear out stuff although I would love to keep it all plus more but space is at stake.

THIS 7" X 10" PRINT IS ON ONE SIDE OF A HEAVY PAPER PAGE, THERE IS NOTHING ON THE BACK OF THE PRINT/PAGE. THIS PRINT PAGE IS IN GOOD TO VERY GOOD CONDITION AS YOU CAN SEE IN SCAN. ONE EDGE OF THE PRINT/PAGE WILL HAVE TO BE TRIMMED OR FRAMED AS THIS PRINT/PAGE WAS REMOVED FROM A BOOK. THIS PRINT PAGE IS IN GOOD TO VERY GOOD CONDITION AS YOU CAN SEE IN SCAN.
