From a local smoke free house is this scarce Rookwood Arts and Crafts pottery lamp base. It has a stylized floral design with a matte yellow glaze. It is dated 1921 and is model numbered 1630. The lamp has 2 adjustable swivel sockets. It stands about 20 inches tall to the top of the finial. The pottery section measures about 9 7/8 inches tall and about 4 5/8 inches across the base. The lamp is in good condition with some crazing and there is a small nick on one leg but it is under... the glaze and must have been done in the making. The electrics work well and the wiring had been updated. PLEASE NOTE, The last picture shows a lamp shade on the base. IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE LAMP. We just placed a shade on the base to show how it might look with a shade for an example. See photos as they are part of the description.
