Description This is a wonderful piece of LANIER MEADERS (1917-1998) Pottery! This one handled pottery pitcher a great piece of Meaders pottery and is absolutely magnificent. Lanier pottery is very collectible and desirable. His work is distinguishable throughout the pottery world. This gem measures approximately 6 ¼” high and is 6 ½” wide from center of the pitcher to end of handle. It has the great mossy creek glaze that we’ve come to know as part of Lanier’s pieces. It has... a decorative incised line that runs around the shoulder of this great pitcher, and Lanier’s signature is on the bottom. This pitcher is in MINT condition and would be a fine addition to your collection. What a great piece of Lanier Meaders pottery.
