Tempex (Bulle) Bakelite Art Deco Electric Clock.
This was how it was found. The face is off, presumably because the hands cog spindle is broken. One of the screws that would have secured the face is missing. I am not a horologist and so cannot give any further information on any faults.
The rest of it looks to be in good condition cosmetically. The glass dome has some nibbles around the edge.
