Up for bid is a very collectable limited edition print from the well known RUBBER STAMP PORTFOLIO. This contribution is by DANIEL BUREN. It is titled 1000 PLACEMENTS, and was printed on a piece of 8"x8" Bristol paper. The rubber stamp matrix was created by Unity Engraving Company Inc., and was printed by Aaron Arnow. This print is in excellent condition, and includes the original matching numbered envelope. Please note, the Buren print was produced in Red, Blue, Green and Yellow (250 p...rints of each color). You are bidding on a RED version of the print.
The Rubber Stamp Portfolio was originally created in 1976. It was published by Parasol Press and distributed by The Museum of Modern Art, New York. The edition size of these prints was 1000.
