1920's ART POTTERY VASE POT THREE HANDLED "ANSONIA" BY WELLER The featured item represents an art pottery vase or pot by Weller that measures approximately 10" tall, 5 1/2" across the top and 3 3/4" in diameter at the base. The piece appears to be hand thrown or possibly molded or jiggered and then hand worked on wheel.The vase is from the "Ansonia" line that was produced in the late 1920's. It has a matte finish with mottled green, orange and bit of yellow glazes. I was not... able to find another example with this shape from that line but identical shape was used in the "Barcelona" line as well. The item comes in well-preserved condition for its age. Irregularity in the shape as well as some production flaws and imperfections. Normal wear like some scuffs, marks and scratches. The pot could use some cleaning.SOLD "AS IS"
