A Vintage 1967 Original "Contact Sheet" Photograph featur...ing RARE shots of sexy actress Raquel Welch as captured by the photo agency Globe. Also known as a contact print, a contact sheet is essentially a proof made for a newspaper or magazine photo editor which allows them to see multiple images on one photographic sheet all at once and then select which particular image is to be made into a full size photo. The contact sheet is made directly from the original negative film strips placed tightly and "directly" on the photographic paper when it is developed so the clarity and contrast are usually outstanding. This 1960's exemplar is by definition a TYPE I photograph as it is one made off of the original negative (and in this case multiple negatives) ! This offered example features (35) different shots. These are unpublished images and have been buried in the Globe archives until now ! The contact sheet does have wear around the perimeter but for the most part the central images of each frame are unaffected. A neat photo and the only one of its kind !(NOTE: Red editorial grease pencil marks CAN be easily erased with an eraser if desired). As with ALL our auctions, there is NO RESERVE so Bid to WIN !!!
