This is a Vintage 1980s Ozzy Osbourne Bark At The Moon Carnival Fair Mirror Souvenir. It measures a little over 6X6 inches, just the glass. It still has the original cardboard frame, which has some wear soiling and rips. The glass has some rough spots around the edges. There is a chip on the lower right side of the glass. There is some wear and fading on the image.
