Offered for auction is an Imperial Candlewick candlestick with eagle adapter. The candlestick is 5 1/4 inches round and 8 inches tall with the eagle in it. It has a rolled edge and is listed as 400/79R. I found in my research that this eagle ornament was patented by Candlewick in 1942 and was sold in catalogs with several single Candlewick candleholders including 400/79R. Both pieces are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The glass on the eagle has slightly yellowed w...ith age from being kept in a window in direct sunlight. It doesn't detract from the look of the it. A great piece to add to your collection.
