This is a rare original rock concert shirt from theFleetwood Mac concert on August 26, 1978 at Cleveland, Ohio stadium. Fleetwood Mac headlined the festival series, The World Series of Rock, at the old Cleveland Municipal Stadium on August 26, 1978. Also on this amazing all-day bill was Bob Welch, Todd Rundgren, The Carsand Eddie Money.It is a worn shirt with no rips or holes and comes from asmoke-free home. See photos.The collar tag states XL, but the dimensions are more i...nline with a Large size.The chest measures about 18” from armpit to armpit.The distance from the collar top to the hem is 27”.When laid out flat, the sleeve to sleeve distance is about 33”.The World Series of Rock was a recurring, day-long andusually multi-act summer rock concert held outdoors at Cleveland Stadium inCleveland, Ohio from 1974 through 1980. Belkin Productions staged these events, attracting popular hard rock bands and as many as 88, 000 fans. FM rock radiostation WMMS sponsored the concerts.Cleveland Municipal Stadium opened in 1931 as the home ofthe NFL Cleveland Browns and MLB Cleveland Indians. In addition to sportingevents the stadium hosted a number of other events including many memorableconcerts including The Beatles in 1966 and two concerts in 1984 by TheJacksons. It also hosted the rock festival "The World Series Of Rock"from 1974-80 which featured many big name acts such as Pink Floyd and TheRolling Stones.
