This in Excellent Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Crazing. Very Nice Volkstedt Dresden lace figurine. This finely detailed piece features a seated girl wearing a ruffled pink dress made of Dresden lace. She has dark brown hair peeking from beneath a pink cap. She is holding a book with a gilded edge in both hands. Dainty red slippers appear on her feet. She sits on a chair with a green back and more gilded accents. The Volkstedt porcelain manufacturing company was the earliest one in Thuringia, Germany. She is stamped on the bottom and dates from between 1945-1951.
This measures 2 3/4" High x 2 1/4" Wide at the widest point. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Dresden lace figurine.
