This Construction toy looks like it build the 1st highway form the East to the West. Lots of paint gone, plenty of abrasions and scratches. Pictures from all angles to disclose all legal description. I believe even the string is original but I am not sure. Levers work and lower and raise the shovel. All axles and wheels appear to be original you can tell by the even rust. Wheels are solid rubber.
