Antique French Limoges Porcelain Covered Cheese Dish with a Gold Gilded Ruffled Rim and decorated with Hand Painted Bouquets of flower on the Dish and on its Pierced Lid. The Cheese Dish was made by Martial Redon in Limoges France between 1891 and 1896, and it has the appropriate Underglaze Green "MR/France" Whiteware Mark along with the appropriate Overglaze Red "M. Redon/Limoges" Decorating Mark for that time period on its Bottom. The Dish measures 9 inches in diameter... and approximately 4 inches high to the Top of the Handle on its Lid. EThe Cheese Dish and its Lid are in Very Good Condition, without any chips, crack, scratches or repairs and all of their Hand Painted Floral Decorations are intact.
