Zsolnay, Pecs, Cachepot, eosin treatment. Stamped "made in Hungary." Dates to the first fifteen years of the new millennium. The Zsolnay factory, having been nationalized by the state after World War Two, was privatized in 1982. At some point, the company began reproducing some of its Art Nouveau designs from the late 19th-early 20th century. The painting was done as it had been done, by hand. This piece is a later reproduction. Six & One-Ha...lf (6.50") inches in height. Nine (9.00") inches in diameter.
