Abraham Lincoln Signed post Civil War Appointment 1879 General Carroll Potter . Condition is Used. But terrific condition. This was done in 1879. And talks about appointing him captain of the 18th regiment the rank of Captain. signed by George McRae and someone named Townsend. Excellent condition. Crisp but holes at a fold Junction.
