This is a copy of The New Believe It Or Not signed by Robert Ripley from 1931. The transcription reads as follows "To Dr. Joseph Elward with every good wish Ripley's Believe It Or Not 1934."I have had this book for 6 years now, I bought it from a book dealer. It has been stored in a sealed case for the entire time and has never been looked through beyond the first page where the autograph is. For a book that is 88 years old it seems to be in good shape. It shows typical wear for a book... that old. I have no idea how to grade books so please ask questions. I know all pages are still intact. I am selling due to circumstances that came up. Please ask questions. To my best knowledge the autograph depicted is authentic. It has not been authenticated, but looks exactly like all the others signed from that period.
