Very rare KPM porcelain standing polar bear figurine. It has KPM's underglaze blue sceptor mark. These were handed out to guests at the 60th Berlinale celebration by the Lord Mayor of Berlin. One was given to President Obama by the Lord Mayor of Berlin in 2008. It stands about 7 3/4" tall. Great Condition:  There are no nicks, chips, cracks, scratches or any other damage.  Minor dust residue on bottom of feet.   Please see pictures showing item details and cond...ition....,
