In the past there has been some controversy over these photos, it is original and did come from a roll of the film used to photograph the band. The controversy was the type of paper used for the final selection, some have said it was Kodac...... paper and some say it was a different backing paper and the Kodak paper were the working copies... in the back of the photo you can clearly see the Kodac logo and the Olympic Rings from the 1976 games. this I am not sure about, but can guarantee this is an original photo or working copy from the film shoot. Personally I think it may of been a working copy, due to the tape/adhesive remnants also on the reverse.
There is a crease running from the top of the photo to a small hole on the bass player Leon Wilkinson... see attached photo. Both the crease and small hole are not a distraction or noticeable at normal viewing distance or when framed. This is a very cool piece of rock and roll history! The flames album is not included with the photo but is for sale!
*last photo is of the Skynyrd flames for reference*
