The teapot and... stand are featured in Rogers, p. 160. Teapot is pear shaped, and matches the shape of newly engraved pieces introduced the Hancock in the Jan. 1, 1923 and featured in the Pottery Gazette (see Rogers for reference and image). c. 1923-1937. Rogers mark 3 (I especially like the Hanley Rooster featured in the mark).
The Stand has a Rogers mark 2.
Size: Teapot: Height: 6", Stand is 6" in diameterCondition: Very good condition, no cracks, hairlines, chips or discoloration.
