Listed here is a pre-owned/used watch dealers advertising wall clock display that is no longer in use, but understand that this is an advertising display clock for the authorized watch dealers and not a retail product. it's not a clock meant for resale or retail sale. It is not a catalog item, and is not available for public purchase as a brand new clock through any retailer. This is not a copy. It is guaranteed to be the original Horometrie Suisse display, and was not available to any...one but the watch dealers though, Horometrie Suisse, the manufacturer. This clock is the equivalent to all of the 3rd party elegant indoor and outdoor plaques, hangings and signs used for advertising, promotion and display of the watches. Simply put, it is an elegant and very fancy showroom watch display clock, and intended for the use of the authorized watch sellers only. Do not confuse this with with the wonderful watches or clocks available for retail purchase. Any warranty that was attached to this display clock when new was available to the authorized watch dealer only, and would no longer be valid. Again, the clock is pre-owned, in excellent condition and keeps accurate time.
This Panerai Luminor clock is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do no justice to this stunning piece of wrist watch advertising history. The Luminor dial is blue, the luminescent hour markers are recessed, meaning they're beneath the actual dial. The second picture shows the clock in total darkness, the luminescent (glow in the dark) makers and hands are bright once they're charged via a light source. The magnificent dial is protected by a scratch free jewelers glass crystal. The clocks case is solid steel with a chrome finish and is very heavy. It measure approximately 12 inches in diameter. "Officine" appears at the 12 o'clock position, "Panerai" appears at the 6 o'clock position and the "OP" appears at both the 3 and 9 o'clock positions, you can see this from the many pictures below. The clock is powered via a Swiss Made Jurgen Bolsche quartz regulated movement, calibre 5820 and keeps accurate time. The precision quartz movement, at temperatures between 14 degrees Fahrenheit to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, has an accuracy of +/- 0.45 to +/- 0.55 seconds per day, due to the precise crystal frequency of the movement at 32.768 kHz. The operating voltage of the movement is 1.3 to 1.65 volts dc and an average current of 150 micro amps at 1.5 volts dc. This accuracy is all accomplished by an LR6 (standard AA battery that is not included), which will power the clock for for approximately one year until replacement is needed. The clock is pre-owned, it has some monitor scratches on the case from being cleaned but this can only be seen up close, considering it's used it's in exceptional condition.
