This is an EMPTY, vintage condom tin. The front has great colors & graphics, and reads: "THREE CADETS...MFD. BY JULIUS SCHMID, INC. NEW YORK, N.Y...Price 3 For 25 Cents." The BACK is marked: "Sold in Drug Stores only for protection against the communication of disease...MADE IN U.S.A. Copyright 1938." (A copyright date does not always reflect when an item was actually made - so this might be from the 1940's, or early 1950's - but it is OLD & ORIGINAL.) In...side the lid, is an advertisement for SHEIK condoms, which were also sold by the Julius Schmid company. The can is in VERY GOOD condition. The top side has a few small scratches and paint nicks. The bottom has a couple of dings & scuffs. The colors are bright, and the tin still displays very nicely, with some general wear. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
